First post...I ramble at times.

I guess I should introduce myself. My name is Adrian Wilkins. I'm a 34 year old student that's about to graduate with his BA in Mass Media/TV Production.

This is my first post and I'm really not sure what to write or do. My wife is playing The Sims 2: Castaway on the Wii. Yeah, I got one of those things. It's a lot of fun. What's funny to me how Best Buy put like hundreds upon hundreds of these things out on the floor. I could have sworn that back in May I couldn't find one. Shoot I would have had a better chance of finding GW Bush after Hurricane Katrina... Was it too early for that one???

Well, I guess I should tell you all this. I'm a comic book writer. YAY!!! As if there aren't millions of us out there saying that they write comics. I'm not trying to make a permanent living off writing comics. I plan on making a living on developing my comics into properties. I learned the art of thinking years down the road in the comic book industry from Brandon Easton, writer of the upcoming book, ShadowLaw!

I'm also the VP of an online comic book studio: Cadre Corner Studios. A bunch of great guys there!

I guess every now and then I'll post about what I'm going through with school and work (I'm a freelancer/intern at a TV Production Studio in Washington, DC named Atlantic Video and just happen to work on one of their biggest client's higher rated show. That client would be ESPN and the show, Pardon The Interruption.

Anyway, that's post number one. I hope to meet more writers and artists that I can work with and network with and make some new friends. Take care and the Force is with you all!
